Applying for open work permit with sponsorship spouse while having student status

Hello,
I have been looking for a long time and answer so i am a student in Canada and i didnt start my studies my wife has citizenship and i applied for permanant residencee i got the AOR and with it the consultant said its okey to apply for OWP so we did then , then i have been looking online that it might give problems for doing that OWP
Knowing my studing permit ends in the next few months

If you never studied you may be in Canada without any status at this point.

If you complete no studies since arriving in Canada, you are in Canada without status and cannot apply for an OWP with just AOR. You have to wait for AIP.

I havent complete any semester bec i had financial issues and evert time laws changes, when i check about my student permit on ircc it says it still valid,
I was wondering if i can switch to visitor record

Look at bullet point # 2
If you never studied from the get go, then you’ve lost your student status . And how were you experiencing financial problems from the start when you’re supposed to have funds ?
You’d have no status . Holding a student permit kinda implies you’ll be studying . Not just hanging out

• Conditions of a study permit:
  To maintain your student status, you need to actively pursue your studies, meaning enrolling in a program and making progress towards completing it within a reasonable timeframe.
  
  
• 150-day rule:
  If you stop studying for more than 150 days without a valid reason, you are considered not actively pursuing your studies and may lose your status.

My garant had financial issues bec he is the one who supported, so i am wondering what can i do now if there is anything i can do

everything is legit and genuine in our relationship since i came here we have proofs of conversations and couple of times meeting and now we live together, when you mentioned closely reviewed so they ask for more information usually? I am ready to go for more

Would add that I assume you have been working illegally as well.
