Hi, I am in the middle of filling up the form IMM 5710, do I really need to fill up the details of my Prospective employer? the case is I don't have any intention to work in a year or 2 because of I am staying at home for my little one? and I dont have any prospect employer?

If you are applying inland, then under new rules you can't submit OWP app at same time as your PR application.

You need to wait until stage 1 approval/AIP (around 8-9 months after applying based on current times), and only then can you apply for OWP.
