Applying for OINP - Master's degree obtained in Quebec

Hello Everyone,

I am seeking to apply to the OINP later in 2017 as I am waiting to complete a full year as a resident in Ontario. But I have question - am I eligible to apply for the OINP - International Students - Masters Graduates Stream with a degree outside Ontario. I got my degree from Concordia University, Montreal last May.

I hear some say that I am not eligible and other say that I am. I will be glad to get a reliable answer.

I apologize if a similar or same question has already been asked on this huge forum. If so, please provide a link to the relevant thread(s).

you cant apply in master stream. You should hv master degree from ontario uni. You can apply in hcp stream instead

But one cannot apply for HCP (Human capital priorities) right? From what I understand one should receive a NOI from Ontario, no? I am yet to find work, so I think even the HCP is out of the question.

But I found this link http://www.ontarioimmigration.ca/en/pnp/OI_PNPSTUDENTS_INSTITUTIONS.html where Concordia is listed as one of the eligible Canadian Universities for OINP. Am I misunderstanding something.

i mean you cant apply for master stream. u shud hv master from ontario uni. You can create profile in express entry and if you get noi from ontario then u can eligible fr hcp

You can also apply for internation student with job offer. But you need to get full time job
