Hi,

Me and my wife had to apply for her student extension and my work permit extension. After we got the extension we need to apply for the TRV.
How do we do that?
Also, I am her common-law partner so I got a open work permit because of her.
How much would be the TRV fee for me and for her?

Thank you

so you do not have access to google ? See here http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/visit/tourist.asp section for TRV if already in Canada

I will be more clear in my question buddy.
Which temporary residence application? (required)
Should I pick Visitor or what?
I already have the student and work permit extension.

Thank you

Really strange that you are asking this question if you already have your Study Permit Extension. When you are doing online wizzard on CIC website, there should only be 2 options for you - Study Permit Extension (which you already did) and TRV extension. So obviously you should now pick TRV

Hey you are right. I have two options.
Now I have another issue.
I start filling the wizard with my wife "student" information. After a while I got this question: Are you applying for a family member? I answered YES to this question than I was told to start applying for my "Spouse or common-law partner", but If I start applying for myself first I will have a question that ask me what I will be doing in Canada. I will be here to sponsor my wife to pay her studies "working". Is that right?

Thank you
