Applying for Masters PNP in Ontario while EE in process

Hello Guys,

Discussed with few people but still confused. Thought my situation might help a few people.

I have applied for CEC recently and received an AOR on Feb 18th. Although I have already applied and did everything myself, I am not 100 % sure about my NOC code. Somewhere down the line I feel there is 1% chance that they might reject it based on my NOC. Although I think I have provided them the right NOC code.

So now, PNP Masters category in Ontario has opened. I am only eligible till October this year to apply for this PnP stream, as I will finish two years of my graduation in October.

So I was wandering If I can apply for PNP Masters category while the EE is in process? I am thinking this because here does not require the job so NOC would not be a case. Do not feel like withdrawing EE too.

IIRC, you have to have a new and separate EE to apply for OINP? if so then you cannot do it, since a person can only have a single Express Entry profile active.
