Applying for IEC while having PR application in process

Hey, folks!
Here's a cross-over question:
I was wondering has anyone applied and then gotten approved for International Experience Canada (Working Holiday program) while simultaneously having their PR application in process (Express Entry - Federal Skilled Worker program), either being a primary applicant or a dependant? Have you had your PR approved afterwords? Have you declared your ongoing PR app in the IEC app (through on-line form or in Letter of Explanation)?
Any info will be greatly appreciated. Thanks a ton.

And good luck to all!

Hi, thank you for answering.
So would you then provide a Letter of explanation via CSE stating you're also an PR applicant (or a dependant, as in my case) who's application is being processed at the moment? And then alongside info about PR application, would you state and provide proof of your connection to your home country (like owning real estate, having to finish MA degree, family connection and such)?

What also worries me is, if I was to be refused a WH permit, would such decision alarm the PR processing officials and would the denial have negative consequences for the PR app? Would I need to inform/ rise CSE to notifie the PR processing officials I was refused the permit/ visa?

I know you're probably not gonna be able to answer these question with all certainty, as all of our's apps decisions are depending on how picky and by-the-book is the officer processing the app really is, that's why I was hoping someone has gone through this situation before and can share steps taken.

If application form specifically asks you if you currently have open applications, yes. Otherwise no need
You have to demonstrate tie to home country when applying for a temporary permit, regardless of whether you have a PR application

No, unless you really messed up, e.g. misrepresentation, etc.
No need.
