Hey Everyone.
I have a complicated situation and I was wondering if someone can help me please!
Back in March 2011 I came to Canada on an IEC. During this time I decided to apply to study at University in Canada. Due to circumstances I will not go into here I have decided to change schools. If I am not able to transfer on my current study permit I may have to give it up and apply for another for September 2013.
I would much prefer to stay here in the meantime, and was thinking about getting a second IEC. However, I have been in Canada for 20 months, and to be a "habitual resident" of the UK I must have been out of the country for no more than 18 months. However, I have been in Canada and have a valid police certificate from this country to account for my activities. Will this affect my ability to apply for the 2013 IEC?
