Applying for first pr card

Hey Guys,

I was wondering could somebody help me out,I did a soft landing back in October 2019 and it went well but in November I got notification that the photo's were not right,so I sent the paper work in again but because of Covid and the delays my six month timeline mean's they are no longer valid so I have to reapply,I cannot remember what paper work I need to fill out,when i check the website it only has information on renewal of pr cards,not first timers.Does anybody know what forms I have to fill out to go along with the photo's and payment fee.I will appreciate any advice.Thank you.

You should just take new pictures and submit those. There is no reason why you would need to re-apply for a new PR card.
