Applying for dependant visa when my husband is in work permit

My Husband is in workpermit until end of June 2017,we both got married on November 2016 and we applied for a visitor's visa which got rejected stating the following reasons

1.no travel history
2.family ties in canada and country of residence
3.purpose of visit
4.no sufficient funds including income or assets to carry out your stated purpose of visiting and staying in canada

my husband has applied AINP (Alberta Provincial Nominee) and he is going to apply fr a permanent residene in the month of January 2017.He will apply PR with me as his spouse.What would be the best option for me to come to canada ASAP.Please suggest me.Thank You

Hi I am kind of in the same position, I got my OINP (Ontario nomination ) in Nov 2016 and submitted mY PR application in Dec 2016 after that I went to India and got married and applied for my wife work permit on Jan 5th 2017 and its been 12weeks but I have not got any answer from them yet, I am a little afraid of rejection of the application. How long it took your file to get an answer?

I applied my sowp on Dec 31st and it got rejected by Feb 23rd..
All i can say is ,if u r lucky u can get it..
We applied for pr few weeks back waiting for file number
