Applying for Common-law Sponsorship while on a Holiday Visa

Hello everyone, I have a question. My Holiday work visa and OWP is about to expire end of May. by end of May, I will be completing my 12 months of living with my boyfriend. I would like to apply for common law sponsorship after that but I would be out of work for the next 4 months until i can get another OWP.

Would my application for Common Law Sponsorship be affected if I reapply for another Holiday work Visa and OWP?

If i apply for another Holiday work visa and OWP I could continue to work without any absence at my current job and take all the time I need to wait for the PR. so my main question is can I apply for Common Law Sponsorship at the same time as i am in the country with a Holiday Work Visa and OWP?

The working holiday permit would have no effect on a PR app. You can apply for both. Where are you from?
