2. can my husband & duagther accompany me as dependent if i go for student visa?
3. will this course help me to get PR as this diploma course would be for 2 years.
4. any other course recommended if my long term plan is to get PR.

Spouse is the strongest tie
But its normal tht a student does not hav a spouse
In tht case ur immediate family i.e. parents and siblings r ur ties but wd these ties u shd also show financial stability
None of ur immediate family members is in canada so if u can show a stable financial situation of ur family and assets u shd be fine

Hi,

I am applying for a student visa for Sept 2016 intake and I also recently got married to a Canadian PR.

What do you suggest in terms of documents to show strong ties with the country.

Thanks

great. best of luck for your visa application and do it early as CIC is taking more time to process applications from Pakistan which is 12 weeks time now and last month it was 9 weeks.

Salaam,

Nice to know about your successful process and got visa. Appreciated if you can share the cover letter or statement of purpose or any thing else you submitted other to visa office with your study permit application other than the core requirements for the high probability of success.

Kindly send at soomro76@hotmail.com

Hi
Ur brother is a good sponsor as he is ur immediate blood relative. But his being a canadian resident does make things difficult for u. In such cases, CIC does not state financial reasons for refusals. Instead, they refuse on the basis of home ties and think u wont come back after completion of ur studies. So u really need to focus on tht part of ur app.
U can email me at reeda.shah@hotmail.com as it is the most convenient mode of communication for me tht allows me to separate/block/ignore unwanted requests etc.

Just a heads up for u, it is pretty much close to impossible to get a visa from pakistan if ur applying to study in a college. Such visa cases in pakistan have 90% rejection rate. It will be better to apply to some university course instead

You are 100% right. College admission means rejection of visa application
