Hey guys,
I am about to apply for canadian citizenship and had a few questions to make sure I was eligible. Last year in september I was charged with an indictable offence. I was offered the diversion program and went to court on march 28th and had all charges withdrawn after doing 50 hours of community service. Am I going to have any issues with not being granted citizenship since I was never convicted of an offence. The citizenship questions ask if you are now charged with, on trial or involved in an appeal for an indictable offence in canada. Since my charges are withdrawn the answer to this question would be NO correct?
