Applying for Bridging Visa without AOR Receipt

Hey guys,

Little background first: got pulled out for ITA, just got to submit my docs and go for a medical next week. My WP finishes at the end of August, and wondering how the R10 and bridging visa works.

- How long does a R10 take to complete?
- Can I submit a bridging visa without the R10 being completed? My assumption is no.
- If I submit a Bridging visa before my expires, and then my R10 gets completed while my Bridging is processed, does it go through?
- If it gets rejected, and then my R10 comes though, can resubmit it and get back on implied status?

You still have one and a half month. Why would you want to apply for BOWP before submitting your EE application?

I got my ITA already. Just planning ahead so I know what to expect...

You cannot apply for a BOWP before submitting your PR. You will need to submit your Acknowledgment of Receipt letter as part of the BOWP application.

Submit your EE application before your permit expires, then apply for BOWP. Simple as that, You are overthinking.
