applying for BOWP- weird question

Hi Friends,

I am applying for BOWP. My current WP is expiring on May 20th, 2017.
I just submitted for e-APR few days ago.

The BOWP application asks this question.

Have you been told by an Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada office that you are approved in principle for permanent residence in Canada?

What should I answer , because, my e-APR status "Review of Eligibility" says under processing....

It doesn't matter if your review of eligibility is in progress because your review of eligibility is always in progress until you would have received COPR and visa stamped in your passport.
So just answer Yes if you have received AOR. But remember your BOWP won't be approved unless your R10 completeness is completed.

Usually R10 passes (it's the first completeness/eligibility check and basically means you submitted everything required) within the first few month or two. They won't tell you it's happened unless you order your GCMS notes and see it that way. Or if you haven't paid your PR fee upfront, th CIC will just hold onto your BOWP application until R10 passes anyway, so once BOWP is approved, you also know the R10 was passed.is payment request means that R10 has passed.
