Applying for BOWP, Do I need to add my Canadian born child in the application?

I and my wife are on a work permit and we have also applied for permanent residence which is in progress, now to extend our stay here we are applying for (bridge open work permit) BOWP, Do I need to add my Canadian born child in the application, just want to clarify this situation.
