Applying for BOWP after implied status under HCCP

Hi house, I am applying for BOWP after I passed PR eligibility. I got stuck on question 3 of IMM5710 where it asked - I am applying for one or more of the following:
a) applying for work permit with the same employer
b)applying for a work permit for the first time or with a new employer
c) restore my status a worker
d) get a new TRP ( for inadmissible applicants only)

I am unsure if option a or be will be applicable. I'd like to know if anyone has applied for this before and have an insight.
p.s, I still work for the same employer I filed under.

What is your current status in Canada?

I came in under HCCP. So although I can work for any employer, employment is restricted to HCCP. I hope that's clearer

Thanks, got clarification from someone else who applied.

I am applying because the government asked me too while I wait for PR.
