Applying for BCPNP while currently not working?

If i receive an BCPNP ITA but no longer working, can i still continue with application?

Do you have an offer from BC employer and it is currently valid, and will be valid throughout the application process?
If yes then you can continue, otherwise you can't do your application.

I had a job offer in march and i accept their offer and was employed. I got laid off and on my last day of work i received an ITA.
