I am in the process of making a application for a visa to Canada. I am still trying to decide on where I would like to settle: Toronto or Montreal. I know both places require a different visa, however, I am currently living in Warsaw, Poland and I am planning to leave. I am an US citizen. And I would like to know if I should apply while I am still in Poland or wait until I get to Canada. :-\
I am a single person with no dependents. And I know many people will wonder, why do I want to live in Canada. I just want to so I can start a new phase in my life. I am not happy where I am now and I am looking for a change, a place where I can settle and be happy, and be safe. I really do not have a place that I can call home and I would really like that.
