Applying for a student visa with an Express Entry profile

Hi Guys

I got accepted into GBC and therefore need to apply for a student visa. I'm wondering if applying under my current CIC account where I have an express entry profile and received a PT notification from OINP will pose a problem seeing that you must convince the IO that you will return to your country. I was contemplating creating a new CIC account for the student visa. Any ideas?

I created a new profile and my SP was approved, no word yet on the nominee program from my next account.

I have also EE profile and now I am trying for student visa in ontario, what should I do? Do you guys have any idea how much is student visa processing time and steps for Overseas students??
