Applying for a new TRV when I already have a PGWP

I am having some trouble figuring out how to apply for a new TRV. I am not entirely sure under which application I have to apply for it, given that I already have a PGWP. I just graduated in May of 2013, and managed to get my PGWP. However I did not have time to renew my TRV while I was in Canada. I am now doing a Master's in the US but I would like to visit my friends in Canada, and maybe intern there this summer. Anyway I was wondering if anyone could tell me how I can go about renewing my TRV (its expired already) from outside of Canada (from DC) when I already have a PGWP.
