Hi There,

We are applying for Citizenship and I have lost my CELPIP score PDF agile, Upon contacting CELPIP team they emailed cannot provide the result as it has been more than 2 year I took the exam.

My husband though has the score card available, it’s just me who lost it.

My question is as below :

Am I supposed to take CELPIP exam again?

or

Can I attach the CELPIP team email chain where they mentioned about not able to provide the score card due to more than 2 years thing along with registration ID of the exam?

Please suggest!

Thanks

If you applied for PR via GCKEY portal you should be able to go back into your PR application online and download your test scores from the online application

My express entry profile seems to be expired already , I used user I’d login into IRCC and I don’t see my express entry profile anymore as it’s more than 2 years. is there a way to get access to it?

In the Express Entry there is a section for language, it should have the information from the language test like date taken, scores, test number and PIN. Maybe you can print that section in a PDF and use since you can't access the official printed copy.

Hope that helps!

Yeah, my GCKey associated with my EE application has since been revoked as well.

You might be able to make a Privacy Act/ATIP request and ask for the documents associated with your PR application.
https://atip-aiprp.apps.gc.ca/atip/welcome.do

Moral of the story, always make copies (soft and/or hard) of your immigration documents. That's kind of a ludicruous CELPIP rule, tbh, especially since IRCC accepts expired proof. Goes to show what a money-making scam language testing is.

ATIP requests take long though. You might consider biting the bullet and do another test, or find a free test.
By any chance did your post-secondary education conduct lessons in English, even in another country? That will also be accepted proof.
