Job Offer........
Pre-Assessed..
I will have 1095 days in 2 month; my wife and child early next year.... the question is
Is it worth to wait and apply as a family together, or can we apply separate? my daughter is a US citizen, can i just wait till one of us become a citizen and sponsor her....
What is the best way not to trigger the RQ?! I am afraid of looking suspicious if we applied separately not as a family, but i heard that individual applications are usually faster! thank you:)

If you want to apply by yourself before your family, there is no problem but I have no idea if it takes less time.

Your daughter must be a PR before she can become a citizen. If she is not a PR already, you have to sponsor her for PR first. If she is under 18 and is already a PR, she does not need 1095 days, you can include her on your citizenship application and she will get citizenship when you do.

Hi,

If you and your family landed at (or even almost) the same time ,it would be better if all of you apply at the same time as the reason of getting RQ is usually more when people landing at the same time, apply at different times.

there is no way to know what will trigger RQ. sometimes they issue the RQ randomly just for quality assurance purpose. I would suggest you apply once you met your requirement. I saw a lot of other candidates applying as a family, when one of the member got stuck for whatever reason, the whole family has to wait.
