Were you referred as a refugee by the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees (UNHCR) or another referral organization - or are you being sponsored by a private sponsorship group?

I have a certificate of registration on Refugees (UNHCR) but not without referring them

But enough that I registered with the Refugees (UNHCR) as a refugee?

Note I attached a copy of UNHCR registration request

You have to be referred for resettlement in Canada by UNHCR. See the requirements here:

http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/refugees/outside/index.asp

Did UNHCR refer you for resettlement in Canada?

Have not been referred by the UNHCR refugee
The reason is that the Syrians can not be resettled in a third country at the moment

Unfortunately it doesn't sound like you qualify to apply. Your application will probably be returned to you over the next few months unprocessed.

My life is in danger from both sides of the conflict in Syria because of my work on Syrian human rights network, I'm documenting violations of the parties to the conflict to address the threats from all sides ???
Please what is the right way to approve my request ?? :-*

You must either be referred by an organization such as UNHCR or sponsored by a private group. These are your only options as a refugee who is outside of Canada.

You must know a group of 5 or more people in Canada who are willing to sponsor you. Often these people are family or close friends. They are responsible for providing financial support to you for a period of time after you arrive.

You could try going to the nearest safe country. Why attempt to go to Canada?

There is no safe country near Syria ;)
All countries under threat, such as Jordan and Lebanon, Turkey and Iraq
Most of Turkey is very safe. Many parts of Jordan are safe. Even parts of Iraq are relatively safe (e.g. Erbil).

This is true but for me is not safe
I told you I have been working with the Syrian human rights network
