Hello,
My name is Leo and I´m a Brazilian citizen. Im married w/ no children. My mother is an American citizen and my wife(Brazilian citizen) and I are planning on visiting Toronto for a month vacation. I work in Sao Paulo for Teleperformance as a post sale analyst for Microsoft. My wife works for Intervalor as a debt collector. My mother is going to be providing a support letter and CAD$3,000 for a month stay. My wife´s uncle is a director of a travel agency and he will be providing us with hotel and flight reservation with return dates. I´m also going to obtain from my work an employment letter with my vacation dates. I already have marriage certificate, digital photos, Itinerary will be done soon, My mother and father in laws are retired and are also going to provide us with financial support if needed.

My question is, with all this, is it sufficient to prove ties to my country?

Hello,
...... My mother is an American citizen ...
Do you hold or could you get a US GC (despite being down the priority as a married over 21 year old)? Holding a US GC currently exempts you from Canadian TRV regardless of nationality.

I am already in that process...but it will take 7 to 10 years... Im not gonna wait that long.
