I'm working under the Live in caregiver program. My work hours is 174 hours per month.
(40 hours * 52 weeks = 2080 hours 2080 hours / 12 months = 173.3333...hours About 174 hours per month)
If I worked for 22 and half months, my work hours would be over 3900 hours. Can I apply for RP as Option 2 which is 3900 hours within a minimum of 22 months?
CIC website says;
When calculating your work experience, you cannot include:
-Any period of unemployment
-Any extended time outside Canada. For example, if you leave Canada for longer than the period of vacation time allotted in your employment contract, that period does not count.
-Any period you work for your employer outside Canada. For example, time spent on a family vacation will not count.
My contract says I can take 10 days vacation a year. If I went to back to my country for a vacation for 10 days, can I include the 10 days for the work hours? If I went to back to my country for a vacation for 14 days, can I include the 10 days, can I not include the 4 days?
