Hey,
Me too waiting for report. My fingerprint card got delivered on Feb 26th. Its been 6 business days now, no update yet. Status still shows as missing fingerprint card. When did your package reach them ?

Hi everyone
Does anyone know how much time getting the FBI background check takes these days?
I sent my fingerprints last week via UPS (saw via the UPS tracking that it did reach the destination), and I haven't received anything from them so far.
Wondering as I did the same process back in July of last year and got the report in just 3 days.

It took 4 business days, and they rejected my fingerprints :/ ...
Just sent a new set today, hopefully those can go through
Mine showed the same as you, missing fingerprints card, before updating the status to recieved and rejected

Use a live scan for taking the fingerprints.

I was in a similar boat as you. first time my rolled fingerprints were rejected. Then I got a live scan from F1 fingerprinting in Ontario and it was approved by FBI. just FYI.

Can we send two applications to FBI in one envelope? Maybe further break them down into smaller envelopes? And can we use UPS?

Do you guys know if this fingerprint thing is a new requirement. I'm seeing other thread where IRCC is requesting fingerprints while processing the application. Or, are they different like biometrics?

Hey, I got the report today, took 9 business days. Seems like they are taking more time process these days. I got the live scan prints and those got accepted.

I got my FBI PCC report today. it is a 2 page pdf.
2nd page is the actual report.
1st page is almost empty - has only my name and address at the bottom, is it normal ?

Not possible if you live outside of the US

They do live scan digitally and print it on the fingerprint card which can be mailed to FBI. I got it done in Ontario.

Did you request email delivery of the report? And that should be fine, correct?

I requested mail delivery. They will give both softcopy as well as hardcopy in mail. As far as I know softcopy should be good enough.

I would like to know how can I find the locations to give my fingerprints in Canada (Quebec). I’m applying for PR and I need pcc from usa as I was a student there.
Any help would be appreciated
