I have applied online for a study permit in Abu dhabi on the 30th March. I haven't received any requests for medicals or passport or additional documents or anything. I sent two case specific inquiries that no one replied to. It's been more than two months

Should I apply again ? Please help

No - you shouldn't apply again. You should wait for the results of your first application. It's not at all unusual for processing to take a few months.
