applied : 27th july from canada, then came to india
opened file on 8th december, started reviewing eligibility

no, when i applied at that time i give my canadian address as residence address, and indian address as mailing address, didn't raise any webform

Saturday his review started then again went back to not started
Probably they just transfer his file to delhi
ok, yeah i provided the mailing address of india before itself, so they will transfer automatically, did the same before and get approved at that time
no email, i am just telling, i did same before 2 years, and i could get stamped my passport in india itself, they will transfer automatically, but never notifies
