Yes after getting approval you can get your passport stamp anywhere outside canada. I had done last year.

I applied trv inside canada last month june 2nd still Its showing processing.but due to emergency i have to travell india so how long take it’s processing

Its a million dollar question.. nobody knows what’s IRCC working pattern..

I apllied trv inside canada but due to energency i have to travell india so can i sent passport for stamping in india when i got ppr.

If you applied inside canada, then they will send you virtual landing email.. no PPR letter in this situation.
Then you have to reply on same email and tell them, you are in India and required PR visa stumping, please transfer my file in New Delhi, India. After sometime they will send you PPR in your GCKey account.

In 2nd Situation, If you have valid visa: you can travel back and start your virtual landing process. (Easy and fast process).

We applied for a TRV end of July. No update yet. The traveler has a visa valid till 3rd March on their old passport. Not sure if the traveler can use that to travel if the visa does not get stamped on time. Any advise is appreciated.

Have they given up and closed their offices???. The processing times keep going up. It is now showing 80+ days as the processing time. This is infuriating. Does anyone know if this is a busy period for Canada travel?.

If your ppr is approved you can get your passport stamp at any vfs in india

My work permit trv just got approved while i am in india. i applied trv from canada with canadian address
Does it mean i can apply stamping in india and if yes
1) is there any extra document required? or just normal process like we did in our study permit
