My Profile: Engineer/29 yo/Turkish citizen/Live and work in Qatar/ Have Russia work permit history/6 year Professional Life Exp. / 75000 Cad Bank Acc/Single/ Georgian College 2 years Global Business Management Program

Can you give me any recommendations for my second sp application? What should I do? How can I rebut these refusal excuses?

Refusal Reasons:

I am not satisfied that you will leave Canada at the end of your stay as required by paragraph R216(1)(b) of the IRPR (https://laws-lois.justice.gc.ca/eng/regulations/sor-2002-227/ section-216.html). I am refusing your application because you have not established that you will leave Canada, based on the following factors:

• You do not have significant family ties outside Canada.
• The purpose of your visit to Canada is not consistent with a temporary stay given the details you have provided in your application.
• Your current employment situation does not show that you are financially established in your country of residence.
• Your immigration status outside your country of nationality or habitual residence.

Order GCMS notes. How is a two year diploma (is it even a post grad) related to current employment. How much more money will you make when you return to Türkiye. Show ties to return, job opportunities etc. to justify cost. I honestly don’t believe your program is relevant to being an engineer. IRCC doesn’t believe it either and doesn’t think you will leave Canada nor have better employment opportunities with higher pay by taking the program.

I have six years of construction project experience and I am planning to back Turkiye to start as an engineer in the Business Development and Tender department of my current company also want to be the manager of this department. I had one letter from my company supervisor stating that we would like to work with him after his graduation bla bla... Btw I am planning to establish a kind of dentist clinic with my brother after I return to Turkiye. Mentioned these plans in my letter.

This program doesn't make sense for someone of your career and credentials. 2 year diplomas are for high school students that couldn't get into university but want some basic education. Especially a 'business diploma' is even more useless. You should be applying for MBA

You need proof that you are returning. Order GCMS notes but biggest issue is your program. What does a global business program have to do with setting up a local dentist office. You don’t need to come to Canada for the program. You could take a program like it online and get the same credentials. Take a Masters if serious about advancing your career.

Second bullet is a general statement. And it may be explained in GCMS notes to say that program is not relevant and that IRCC thinks you are using the program to try and immigrate, or use it to come to Canada and then switch to work permit.

I got it. 2 years ago I applied to Lambton College for Construction Project Management. And Lambton rejected me, dont know why. That's why I chose this program.
Btw I mean the kind of dentist medical service company not like a small local office. don't know maybe I am missing something

So you are all over the map with programs. Take a Masters at a public university if serious. Why would a program at a Canadian college help the business? Plus, working with family in IRCC view means you don’t need to study in Canada. You will be hired anyway. The same program can be done online. IRCC doesn’t believe you are a genuine student. Also you are singled and don’t live and work in your country of citizenship so that are even bigger issues. Move back, settle and show ties.

But the people who have profiles such as really only want to immigrate to Canada and it's too clear to understand also can get study permit. They apply owp for their partners and move to Canada with their kids. Just choose any college program and they have BSc degree in Turkey. Why the Canada approve their sp? it s not sense

Not sure of your point as every applicant is different but order GCMS notes. Reapply addressing reasons. You don’t live and work in Turkey so have not ties to return.
