Apply to Quebec while waiting for the application from Buffalo( I AM NOT ON THE)

Hello Experts,

I applied las may, Experience in Elementary Schools, as its not on the LIST can I send another application to Quebec while waiting? I do speak French and I taught it for 3 years.
Question: There is no such thingmas the 38 occupations list in Quebec, RIGHT??
Anything to worry about??

List of 38 is for FSW, not QSW so you dont need to worry

I don't think you can apply Quebec before you withdraw or get confirmed from Federal.

Quebec Goverment controls its own Immigration separate from Canada,FSW to Canada are processed by Canadian Embassies,Immigration to Quebec nation is processed by Quebec Delegations sort of Quebec Embassies,Thats worth considering becoming a Quebecois instead in case Canada doesnt want you

Apparently there is nothing that says you can't have more than one application going but on an FSW, you are saying that you don't intend to live in Quebec and for QSW, you are saying that you do. That might be a problem.
