Apply to PR without Police Clearance Certificate ( paper - based application )

I got nominated by AINP , Can I apply to PR and send my documents to Sydney without the PCC ? Will I get AOR from IRCC ?


After one or two month I will receive the PCC from my home country

good idea. Cause nowadays they open application for processing after 60-80 days.

I did the same. The checklist clearly states that you can do this but also advises you strongly to apply for all of your PCC's as you will be asked to submit them later on.

I was not asked to submit them but sent a CSE to my local VO and they asked me after that to courier the PCC's to them, which I did. I have also confirmed that they have received them in good order.

I have Canadian PCC , so do you think I will get AOR ?? (I will submit the other PCC from my home country later)

I received AOR without my South African and British PCC's and only submitted them +-5 months after AOR, no problem!
