Apply to Canadian University after PR

Hello ,

Will it be beneficial to apply to University after obtaining the PR , in case I am able to get it and seeing the current scenario where people are getting the visa within few months of applying.
Also, one has to LAND at least once in Canada before getting the PR benefits ?

If it will be beneficial depends on your background, what you want to study, what it will lead to, etc.

Financially, yes. You will be charged domestic student tuition instead of international student.
