Some new applicants are always in confused situation to decide whether to use consultant to apply on their behalf or they should do it by themselves?

Please share your views about this, any guidelins about new or potential applicants for Canadian Immigration will be helpful.

What do they do? only place applications or do some after service like give process related explanations in favour of applicant to the VOs as well??

if u r good in english and educated then u shud apply ur self as the forms and immigration process is not that complicated every detail is given on the web sites .. as far as i think u should apply ur self..

Hi, I am from pakistan and have applied on my own. No need to seek help from consultants. i ve been to few since i faced the same dilemma but the reality is i knew more than some of them. Nevertheless you have to be extremely careful while applying. You have to know the procedure before you commit. My advice is read this blog. it has almost everything you need to know about applying. you can put your questions here. but the best thing would be if you go through www.cic.gc.ca first.

There is no big deal in applying by yrself. You should be geared up and well informed with the requirements available at CIC website. Consultants do nothing but move your papers mainly or tell u the way to fill up the form which is not difficult if we maintain the common sense. Rightly suggested by other members that keep an eye on blogs where almost every type of guide is availabel
