Hi All,

I would like share my case and would like if anyone had experiments could help to clear my problem.

I am applying Visa for study permit for Fall semester (Ph.D program with assistantship). Besides, my wife and son have applied temporary president (family accompany) together with my.
I am main applicant, my wife and son are co-applicants.

Yesterday we all took medical exams. I and son passed, however my wife has abnormal x-ray (a scar). The hospital requests my wife must undergo sputum test for culture 3 times. And, it will have result in next two months. I asked the doctor, he said that my medical exam result and son sent to Canada Embassy today. However, the result of my wife will send after next 2 months.

My questions are:

1. Will our Visa decisions will affect together ? I mean that in my case all will be approval or will be refusal at the same time?

2. Is there any case with "main applicant gets visa approval but co-applicant gets visa refusal ?"

I am very worried about my case, hope anyone could answer these questions.

Thank you a lot.

My advise is based on a personal experience a member in this forum confidentially share with me. You do not need to worry about ur sp as they will consider u first b4 ur dependant, meanwhile u may have to leave ur family behind to settle their visa issue but I can assure u all will be well. But the only mistake I will plead with u not to make is to say u will wait for ur family. While in canada u will find way to sort their issue back home. Their visa cannot affect ur sp.
