Dear Members,

I married to a girl which is PR holder In canada and We get married in India. The Girl is moved back to Canada. I am thinking to put file on Spouse Visa.
So, Is better to put file from Canada it self. Or it is better or fast Process when i Put file From India??
Which option is better to get PR earliest way..

Thanks
Den.

You both need to be in Canada to sponsor "inland family spousal" (about 18 months).
If both of you are in Canada, you can apply "outland family spousal" (which may be faster at 52 days plus 6 months).
If you are not in Canada, your wife needs to be in Canada to sponsor you "outland family spousal".

Processing times are here http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/information/times/perm-fc.asp

I am In India RIght now..

@ Rathika,

Thankyou.

If, I put spouse file from India still my wife has to stay in Canada Untill I get PR..???

As you are in India you apply outland, read the details at http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/immigrate/sponsor/spouse.asp

Yes your wife (the sponsor) has to remain in Canada during the process.
You are unlikely to be granted a visa to visit Canada during the process.

The application process involves two parts:

Your wife (a permanent resident of Canada) must apply to sponsor you.
You must also apply for permanent residence.
The applications for both sponsorship and permanent residence should be filled out and sent at the same time.

There are two steps to processing the application forms:

The sponsorship application is processed by the Case Processing Centre (CPC) in Mississauga, Ontario.
If your wife is approved as a sponsor, the permanent residence application will sent to the appropriate Canadian visa office (in India).

The actual processing time is different in every case.
