Only if your employer gets a new LMIA and then you get a new closed work permit. If you apply under a different NOC without doing this then that would indicate you're in violation of your work permit. Your work permit only allows you to work under the NOC specified on the closed work permit.

So your LMIA is in a different NOC? OP hasn’t been on the forum in almost a year. For SINP, education must match the NOC too.

No, I don’t have LMIA..I am planning to apply for SINP under “occupation under demand category “(no job offer) . But I don’t know the requirements for my job (machinist).as I’ve learned that certification from SATCC is required. I need some information on certification process.

Simple, google - NOC machinist and read the requirements. Your education must match the NOC. For licensing it is on the SINP site and under eligibility there are the steps for licensed professions. For OID, you will need to complete at least step 1 of SATCC assessment and show you are eligible to write exams.

I know all SATCC steps and remaining process to get a trade qualifier certificate .my question is after ITA is given what are all the documents pertaining to my work experience will IRCC will demand particularly in respect of NOC 72100(machinist).. some one who have practically fulfilled the requirements is the correct person who can answer. My question is very specific .

But once you have nomination through Sask then IRCC will not ask for certification. If you meet SINP requirements and received nomination to apply for PR, then you IRCC should not ask you additional documentation. Or are you confusing what Sask. officials will want you to submit for licensing?

First of all , Saskatchewan will only nominate for PR on the report of IRCC all the pr applications/files will be processed by IRCC itself basing on its OWN guidelines .no province can process immigration applications and issue PR on its own. All the document requirements are guided by IRCC regulations. and my query is , what are all the documents I need to provide to SINP in regards to work experience in india?
