Study permit.
Applied online on Nov.30, 2015,
Medical exam passed on Dec. 16, 2015
Request for passport today.

Congrats, it means you will get visa for sure...
But will you continue January session or you will defer your admission to May session??

They asked for new admission letter today..I am going to submit one for May session tommorrow..one week ago they had asked for medical....

i got a mail from cic today sayin "There have been no updates to your application (Sxxxxxxxx) since you last checked your MyCIC account. Thank you for your patience.

Got another mail yesterday saying "your application has been updatedand I should log into my CIC account, I logged into my account and I didn't see anything.... Medical passed since January 14th

After 4 months, since I submitted my application on 9th Oct 2015 I finally get an approval from CIC. After a long silence, they just started responding on 1st February 2016 and I got the approval letter by today, the same day I submitted my passport by their request.

So tired of waiting but it finally paid off! ;D
