Apply Online - Bridge Open Work Permit

I decided to apply for "Bridge Open Work Permit". I have completed the application.

When I tried to submit online, I was asked to answer questions to determine eligibility if I can extend or not. I passed the first part. Next, I had to answer the second part.

In the second part, there is a question whether I have LMO or not. The options are

- Yes
- No
- No, but my employer has requested it.

I thought I don't need LMO to apply for Bridge Open Work Permit. So, I chose "No".

Now, I can't advance to the next section because the site says that I need to get my LMO first. It's utterly confusing and pissed me off >:(

Does anyone have experience submitting BOWP online? Should I just send the applications to them?

What is the current visa that you are on, eg Working holiday visa, student visa?
 
Basically, I want to get my "Personal Checklist Code". But, I can't get through that question. I don't know what option to choose.

Have you received your AOR?
 
Have you applied for your PR?
Do you have your AOR?
(secondary question)-Do you have 4 months left on you WP?
 
There is no need to get excited or even pissed off for that matter!
You need to give us more information so that we can help you.
I have asked you 3 questions, please answer me and then we can take it from there.

- Yes. It's expired on August 2013.

This is the question where I am stuck at:

"Do you have a Labour Market Opinion issued by Human Resources and Development Canada?"

I am not sure if I do it correctly or not. But, after I login to MyCIC, I saw the link "Apply Online". After I click that link, I get redirected to this page:

"If you have already completed the Come to Canada wizard on the CIC website, you would have received a document checklist and a personal checklist code, based on the answers you provided.

Please enter your personal checklist code to begin your application."

I don't have personal checklist code, so I clicked on the link "Don't have a personal checklist code?". Then, I was prompted to several questions and got to that question, which is I don't know how to answer it.

Any help will be greatly appreciated.
