See the link above. To apply to Express Entry you submit a profile and you need ECA for your diploma/degree and IELTS for language. That is what you have to apply for to immigrate. Your CRS score is a score based on your age, education etc. Read the link to understand Express Entry and how to immigrate to Canada.

No. You need CLB 7 in all areas. So you have ECA? And you have the proof of funds too?

Read how to apply to Express Entry. You are asking basic questions which means you have not researched Express Entry. ECA is an assessment of your education like your degree. You have to show that you have money to immigrate to.
