Hi all,
My husband has been admitted to a PhD position with full funding. I am currently in Canada and he applied for a visitor's visa with me and got refused. now he has a full fund admission and we are working on his study permit application.
I know that we should mention the rejection in the 1294 form and we have explained there that he wanted to accompany me and mentioned the application number.
But, should we explain more in his explanation letter? I know two people with the same situation that got their visa 2 years ago. they did not talk about their rejection or their spouse in their explanation letter and they just mentioned it in the 1294 form.
Pleaaaase help!
