Apply for student visa via scholership

I want to know about the scholership program and best university in canada my age is 30 and i have done M.Sc from university of karachi in 2010 with 70% in intermediate i got 71% in 2006 and in matriculation i got 78% in 2004 i have 5 years of school teaching experience now i want to complete my furthur study by full scholership is it possible??can u please tell me detail about whole process. Thanks
