Apply for PNP and CSQ at a time

Hello,

Can I apply for a PNP program and my wife apply for another PNP (Quebec Selection Certificate) at a time as a principle applicant? Will it affect any of our application for PNP? Please share your experience...

Similar situation here, I am eligible for CSQ and my wife an Ontario PNP, but I'm in more trouble I guess, because I already have a CSQ, and we want to change our mind to apply for my wife's Ontario PNP.

I believe I cannot post links here, but another post somewhere has talked about you can apply for two PNP at the same time, and if asked why 2 applications, then just tell them you will choose whichever province that nominates you and provides you the opportunities better, and that you are even not sure to be noinated so applying at the same time does not mean being nominated at the same time. So in my opinion you're free to submit these applications. But see what others say.

My case is trickier...because we're already nominated by one, but we want to switch to the Ontario program - that seems like a better province for my family.. I'm going to call Ontario and CIC, but hope someone here with similar experience can help too.
