Hi all, hope I’m doing this right.I would love some input. I have a closed work permit ,have been living with my gf over a year now, I moved Canada in 2023.

I want to apply for PR now and want to know what is the recommended option for smooth and or speedier process.
Should I go a general route of application?Express etc etc

or

should I apply for PR under Spousal Sponsor and common law?.
open to options just need sound advice

If your spouse is Canadian or PR, and you are married and/or meet common-law rules then that is the best route.

Not enough informaiton for any of us to really comment.

Whether EE is the best path depends on your NOC, CRS, and if you've taken the French language test (and how much you scored).

Whether PNP makes sense depends on the province you are in and if you meet the requirements of one of those progams. However generally these processing times are long.

If common law sponsorship makes sense depends on the evidence you have to show you have been cohabitating continuously for at least one full year.
