Apply for immigration from UAE

Dear All ,

I want to apply for Canada Immigration from Dubai. Can you guys help me whether it is easy from here? what are the chances ?

I have 6 years experience in HR Field and i am working in Dubai from last 1.7 years. I have 18 years qualification.

Please advice.

The process is the same whether you apply from Dubai or anywhere else. Having work experience in Dubai or applying from Dubai won't give you any advantages. What your chances are depends on a number of things including your work experience, education, language scores and whether you have a job offer in Canada. Canada has a number of different immigration program and you'll need to research them to understand what it takes to qualify and how to apply. Thanks @scylla for your suggestion but what do you think first i should appear for IELTS exam to start immigration process for canada ?

Again, you'll need to spend time reading through Canada's immigration processes in detail to understand what is required. If you do not have time to do so, then you should hire an immigration lawyer to assist you with the process. There are a few things you typically need to do before you can start the immigration process. One of these things is to take the IELTS test.
