Apply for EE from within Canada on Student Visa?

Hi,

Can I apply for EE for PR as I'm studying my Master's in a Canadian University? Note: I would be on a student visa

I have experience of 2 years in IT and expecting a good score in General Ielts.

Guys also i want to clarify my doubt ,im actually working on my PNP application , can i go to canada on student visa and apply for PR as soon as i start studying ??
