Hi, I will move to AB next March.
In Hong Kong, we can apply for credit cards very easily as long as we have an income and there are so many benefits like accumulating points from every payment to redeem cash rebate or some gifts.
My question is -
For the first few year, I will be out of job as I will stay at home looking after my baby.
Will there be any problem for me to apply for credit card if I dont have an income ?
I think I will cut out all the credit cards I have in Hong Kong, as there is no point in using a HK-based credit card in Canada.
