Apply for a closed work permit as a refugee claimant

Hi everyone, I'm a refugee claimant and was referred to RAD as my case was rejected, complete appeal in may 2019 and got the receipt.
I work for a Senior community that offers me a permanent contract and ready to get an LMIA.
Can i change my work permit to a restricted work permit with my employer .please is this possible.

Unfortunately it's not possible.

You need to have valid status in Canada to apply for a closed work permit supported by an LMIA. As a refugee claimant, you aren't classified as having valid status in Canada.

Why would you need a restricted work permit instead of an open one? You're downgrading your possibilities while not getting any advantage.
