dec 1 is considered to be a safe last date for applying but u can apply upto 4or 5 dec ( acc. to last year posts in this forum). For medical appointment I went to Dr. XYZ's clinic ( ludhiana)without an appointment and the receptionist said she cant find my name in the list so i convinced her that i called for an appointment may be she forgot to write my name in the list It worked for me . U can give it a try .

Call Fortis Mohali .. make an appointment.. they will give you a date within a week ...
The date on which you did your medical, at least a week after that you should file your case.

Yeah you can submit your file till 10th December. after this it may become risky shot due to the rush.

i got an appointment for monday 26 at ludhiana ,,,,so i think it is okay to lodge file on december 5

Yeah definitely .. mean while prepare all the documents like loan letter and fee payment slip or GIC ...

so you got admission letter ??
