Ok, let's say there would be someone who got it approved before you ( which I'm sure there is ),
that's not going to help you. Some applications take a little longer than others, hang in there!
If your application shows up in your MyCIC account, then you're all good...

Its average processing time is 26 business days.... so you are in less than 20 days... sounds correct to me.

yes, I can see the app in my account of CIC, and I got auto email from cic yesterday, however, I checked my account, there was nothing changed, maybe that is system problem.

don't worry, I think this is a good news because everytime I applied online for a work permit, I got it after 2/3 ghost auto-e-mail from CIC.

I have applied for BOWP on July 3rd and badly waiting for BOWP as i have to start my new job starting August !! Still no news and very frustrated. The processing time is not updated since July 17 meanwhile I called customer support and was shocked to hear that BOWP application to be submitted by mail and not online !!

Later in the day i called again and got to know I have to wait as currently they are processing June 18th application and nothing can be done till my turn comes !! This was quite relief for me and ended the call.

This waiting is killing me, pls keep me updated once you got your BOWP approved online.
